I’m way late in announcing this (like, 3 months late…) but in October I was chosen as one of the first Sway Chic ambassadors! these are from lafw back in october that i never got around to posting/sharing. but they should have been! i was just lazy. one thing to note: the hotel wilshire put us up for a night during concept and it was so dope. the hotel was beautiful, the staff was so great, and the food + drinks were delish. it was the perfect place to relax before & after the fashion shows. big thank you to them & to kelsi for hooking it up yet again!

Lucca Couture Spring 2012 combines nouveau prep with the brand’s traditional bohemian vibe. The collection merges soft pastels, bright accents and a multitude of prints, resulting in a charming, multi-dimentional look reminiscent of a modern-day fairytale.”
I gotta be honest, Lucca Couture isn’t something I’d typically be interested in, but there’s something about these photos, the general girliness, and the colorful pieces that have drawn me to it in a major way. Namely: the yellow scalloped shorts, striped crop top, yellow maxi skirt, and the adorable pink (yes, pink) dress. Lucca Couture is just plain cute and has me wanting summertime and the beach right away.

well, this is probably my longest hiatus to date. life, ya know?? it’s 2012! happy new year everyone.. i’m really gonna try to post more regularly. i was checking my traffic and people are still checking the site daily, which makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside, but also bummed because i haven’t given you guys anything new in soooo long! i’m gonna kick off 2012 with some photos from my trip to ohio and some other random photos! missed you all <3
